Vienna MicroCT has been installed
The Vienna MicroCT has been delivered and has entered an extensive test-phase.

The computer tomograph is capable of scanning items from the size of
a human skull down to single human teeth with a resoluton as low as
30µm. It is about 2 x 2.5m and has a weight of about 5 metric tons due
to its lead shielding.
Until final tests it will not be in production, but the anticipation
is very great.
